P.New and Sis DIY Slacker Weekend Lunch 2

P.New:
Yo peeps... good news!!! my Exams are finally over!!! yeah... tat means no more out of topic post le!!! HOPEFULLY!!! lol... actually last week, me & P.VC actually plan a GBGF trip...

but thursday, P.VC aeroplane me...
Friday, i aeroplane P.VC...
In the end... we aeroplane~~~ lol~~~ one of the GBGF spirit... dare to aeroplane with no fear!!!~~~

Anyway yeah... is another round of DIY Slacker Weekend Lunch!!!


P.New:
and topic today is Alfredo Penne with BBQ Chicken Mid-Wing!!! Yummy!!!~~~~

Ingredients of Alfredo Penne:
One Packet of Penne - (or any of ur favourite pasta!!!)

One Bottle of Pasta sauce - today i try the brand "Leggo's" coz got offer... kekekeke!!!

Capsicum - sliced

Carrot - chopped

Celery - chopped

Button Mushroom - sliced

Cheese Hotdog - sliced

Garlic - finely chopped

Procedure of Alfredo Penne:
Pasta
- boil water
- add salt and olive oil to boiling water
- add pasta to boiling water
- cook until soft... how long??? agar agar!!!
- drain with cold water to make it QQ!!!
- hang it to dry to wait to be serve with sauce!

Sauce
- preheat pan
- add little oil (tat day, i use the oil oozing out from the mid-wing)
- stir fry garlic till golden brown
- add in carrot and continue to stir fry
- add capsicum and continue to stir fry
- add celery and continue to stir fry
- add cheese hotdog and button mushroom and continue to stir fry
- stir fry stir fry stir fry...
- add in bottle of sauce and water...
- stir until sauce is boiling...
- when its boiled, close lid and let it simmer under low heat...
- once sauce is thicken, serve over pasta...

AND Ma ma mia!!!~~~

Ingredients of BBQ Chicken Mid-Wing:
Chicken Mid-Wing - marinate with bbq sauce... if no bbq sauce, can marinate with light soya sauce, pepper, sugar, sesami oil and abit of shao xing wine... wooo lah lah~~~

Procedure of BBQ Chicken Mid-Wing:
- preheat pan
- do not add oil!!! (we will be using oil ozing out from the chicken)
- turn to low heat
- put in mid wing starting from the skin side so tat oil will come out first...
- close the lid...
- once the mid wing skin side is golden brown... flip over and cook the other side...
- close the lid...
- if both side of mid wing is golden brown and inside is still alittle raw...
- put chicken into microwave with marinating sauce on top and set to high heat to cook...

And the healthy less-oil BBQ Chicken Mid-wing is out!!! Serve with pasta!!! And you are all set to go!!! DIY Slacker Lunch!!! Roar!!!~~~

Note: This bbq chicken process can be easily done if you have oven... but sadly i dun have~~~ so for those who dun have oven... please do try my method!!! It is real shiok!!!~~~
