dunno y we ended up @ kovan again but there is definitely no complain from me.. initially wanted to go congee buffet @ quality hotel but some bz guy need to do FYP (dunnoe real anot).. haiz.. dunnoe when den can go..

Yah loh... no more loh fen chang... sad face... so tempting sia... anyway got bar chor mee also shiok... especially their balls... is a must to have 1 bowl of their balls... no pun intended also... kekekeeke~~~

can fight with bedok 85.. thou diff style.. the mee is veri Q and the ingredients they gif is quite generous.. eat with the chili and the pork oil.. heaven.. i finish in the time where i press my lift and scan my pass @ office.. LOL.. 5 10 mins..

wahahahaha seriously u must keep on emphasis that ur work place is near ur house ah... bwahahaah mai haolian wor~~~~ kekeekee... anyway... tis bar chor mee unlike bedok 85... must eat it dry... if u like dark vinegar... the more the merrier... anyway their normal tiao wei is just perfect... really can compare to other bar chor mee franchise!!! The small version already come with wholesome of mince meat and soft tender mushroom... plus 1 bowl of meatballs... best combo of the year!!!~~~

for 3.50 u can get the soup separated.. filled with wadeva but no seaweed.. lol.. heng my nakama gimme his..

coz my soup alady got liao wat... so i presume is urs loh~~~

we ordered extra balls.. i believe its hand made therefore the quality is good.. the meat paste u can taste the tendons of the pork.. irresistible.. i pop one after another..

this is the part where my good buddy whine the 2nd time.. with some horrible hand waving aka gay like.. lucky i was abt 10m away from him..
he wanted to da pao for his family but our ba cho mee stall close liao.. he looks as if all his shares had crash to 0.001 cents.. OMFG..
thank god he settle for the chicken rice which is also quite famous @ kovan but i personally find it very oily.. prefer the one @ katong shopping centre..

PS: sorry for the rather short blog.. tired lar.. used to slp @ 5am.. wake up @ 2pm.. now.. slp @ 1am.. wake up @ 7am.. lol.. my body clock need about 6 mths to adjust.. pls bear wif me..

this is the famous pig's kidney mee sua.. veri nice.. must have! the soup is full of favor.. and the pieces of kidneys inside are very tender and delicious.. goes well with the mee sua too.. the serving, however is not that generous.. mayb i am a big eater.. LOL..

You noe... i never know that pig kidney can cook until so soft and tender till i ate tis bowl of mee sua... the mee sua also very high quality; not too soggy and stick together tat kind... this one is abit Q but with mee sua usual softness... just nice very well cooked... plus the soup... taste abit tonic... but not too over till it cover the kidney and mee sua favor... all blend in together just nice... I recommend kidney-only mee sua... coz after one bowl... u sure will can't get enuff of the kidney...

雞絲豆腐.. the best i ever had!! its veri smooth and soft and silky.. melts in your mouth.. the sauce that goes with them is a very good complement.. not too heavy in favouring.. ( we were pleasantly surprise as the place seems to be run by eh.. FTs..) hint: ATBs..

wahahaahaha ur review last part abit random... but yeah agree... the best part of this dish is definately the tofu... the fried toufu... is so soft inside that u can't believe it has been deep fried... the timing just correct... the toufu skin also soft... so put in mouth... it will just disperse... favour explode in ur mouth... kaboom... awesome dish tat must order... so good that I only give mee sua 4.5/5 coz i wanna give tis dish a perfect 10!!!! i mean 5!!!

mushroom wif veggies.. n alot of veggies! taste just like home cook food.. generous serving of veggie.. it looks bland and taste bland but its like those comfort food that will bring you good memories.

eh coz the signboard put this dish so big mah... so is one of their trademark dish "black herbal chicken soup".... but anyway this dish is a either u love it or u hate it food... for me is i hate it... coz overly dosage of ginseng... 3 big ginseng leh... too strong for me... for those who like herbs... its ur choice... but definately not mine... p.s. the one who call me ASS drink 88.88888% of it...

this is what most singaporean know as chinese tea AKA 釣魚.. my to-order item everytime.. but this time round, i decided to go for western style tea n ask for teh-o.. AKA lipton tea w/o milk.. this ATB.. for a very good reason believe that teh-o is a MIC product and ask me if i wanted 釣魚.. both of us was stunned but we recovered and i told her half-heartly to gimme the 釣魚..
haiz.. wif sg havin more n more of these ATs.. the culture shock is realli gettin worse.. i remember i ask for COKE in SIM canteen and i was given a CHRYSANTHEMUM TEA.. dun ask mi y she gave me that!

LA-LA cooked in a very special way! with ginger and garlic and a tangy lime lemon sauce. this is the first of our additional item ordered.. we were just so hungry.. HAHA.. well the la-la were super fresh and eating them with the lime sauce make the taste heavenly.. im a person that hate ginger but this dish make mi forget the funny taste ginger have and just carry on biting n biting.. LOL..

yeah i did remember u say other stall normally stir fried it with sambal... and yet this stall let me see the other light of La-la... the style abit close to thai style... sour... sweet and alittle hot... woo lah lah... this la la... really very good... especially when the seafood u eat is damn fresh... yeah man... feels like heaven!!!~~~

港蒸baby squid.. lol.. another additional item! first taste will make you abit sick as the squids are very fishy.. but afterwards it juz taste like some snacks that u will carry on eating.. not recommeded unless u love baby sotong so much.. i was abit disappoint as i tot its the adult one that will be served.. u have to bite at precise accuracy as any mis-bite.. u will pop the black ink from their eh.. innards.. LOL..

yeah... yet another love it or hate it dish... but please do not be turn off by the initial tasting... really very fishy... but once u eat and eat... it starts to become like eating tibits... u will find it hard to stop eating it... lol kind of magical... bwahaahahaha the sotong is really fresh... but seriously this dish is order-hokay-noted-won't-order-again food...

2 person.. food ordered: for a good 4 persons.. LOL.. our trademark.. jz whack n eat like tmr's the world is ending.. after our rampage of food.. we look around and we conclude that our table has the most plates and bowls den anyone else! haha.. proud..

Overall.. its a veri good trip but we sat too close to the kitchen area and i feel like im in some village up North and their constant battering was abit too much to eat with the food.. i like however, the way the food is cook.. not too oily..
